Cancellation policy: A 14day cancellation may be made with no charges. Less than 14 days notice requires a $25 handling fee to be charged to your credit card. Rooms booked more than two months in advance or whole house rentals will be charged $50 per night per room deposit at time of reservation with no refund of deposit.
